Have been wanting to try the Langham for awhile. So here’s your rating. Room had an old smell to it. I think the furnitures need to be changed e.g; couches. Found ourselves scratching each time we sat down. Breakfast was ok nothing outstanding service staff were accommodating along with housekeeping. I usually don’t open the mini bar, but noticed (the next day) that a drink had been taken, so I reported to reception that morning after breakfast. Only to be told by reception that we should have checked when we first got in. First of all, it’s not your customers job to check housekeepings responsibility and secondly that’s why I reported it. It’s not abt the money if were gonna charge be for something I didn’t consume. I was more annoyed that reception felt like she was putting it back on us that we should have checked whereas it should have been done before we checked in. Won’t stay here again the best thing that impressed me was the lobby of the hotel that’s about it. And staff were helpful each time I ordered in room dining. Rooms need to be updated badly and upholstered. Plus curtains probably need to be washed too. =(

I had a lovely stay. If you like an old world vibe the Langham is for you. The staff and view are lovely. I found the hot water and shower head not great. The TV has very limited options no streaming options
