The hotel is in a great location, is clean and comfortable, and staff were friendly and efficient. The only downside was that only 1 lift was working. Stairs were available but being on the 9th floor and in our eighties, this was not an option. Therefore the lift was sometimes too crowded to take any more onboard and there were delays. However, both lifts were operational by the time we left and it make a huge difference.

Got early checkin which was fantastic. Very central to shopping, restaurants, Chinatown. Loved the idea of $25 credit, bottle of wine if you agree to not having your room done everyday. Comfy bed.

Check in was terrible. Receptionist had no idea, she couldn't find our booking to start with, even though i presented her with a printed copy of our itinerary. She didn't know the price to charge us. We were not impressed with her service.
