"Great spacious suites for hubby & I. Clean hotel. Walking distance to mostly everywhere downtown. Kind & helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again."
Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown River North
10/10 Excellent
"Amazing hotel! Front desk agents were friendly and helpful!! Valet parking was pricey, but the workers were extremely nice and accommodating! The hotel was clean and all the amenities were great. Breakfast was delicious. Great stay. "
"Overall a great trip for a last minute booking😅 the hotel view was AMAZING! We were right on the water! The place is smaller than some other hotels, but for a little overnight get away it was perfect. It was quiet, and easy to get to. The water bottles are also a nice pro with the property! The only con we had was trying to leave on the elevator at checkout…was a little extra crowded but if you plan ahead you will be okay (or take the stairs). "
"Hotel and staff were very nice. Breakfast consists of coffee, tea and fruit. Pastries can be purchased. The room was nice, not what I would consider a 4 star (i.e., not comparable to the nearby Hyatt). Charge of $5 per piece to store luggage."
