This was my first time in London and I did not know what to expect, but this hotel was the absolute best! From the moment we walked in we were warmly greeted. We speak English but it was nice to find someone who spoke Spanish. Everyone single person from the staff were excellent. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. This place is like 7 mins walk to Buckingham palace and about 8 minutes to Westminster Abbey and 15 mins from the London eye. Thank you to the front desk staff for making our stay so pleasant and also to one specific gentleman, I believe his name is Mohammed, who was so amazing at the bar/restaurant area. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I really love the design and interior of the hotel when i first saw it online. The property is new and charming, contemporary design with lots of beautiful decorations, small details, and stylish furniture; it is so comfortable and beautiful. Excellent location, easy access to tubes and walking distance to famous landmarks, it is so convenient. Of course the impeccable service from hotel team that made my stay was so wonderful and unforgettable.

Beautifully designed and quiet. They got us into the room at 8am after arriving on a red-eye flight from USA. The staff aaa great, especially housekeeping. The rooms and bathrooms are very small for a week-long stay, but I would definitely book again in the future.
