Safe, clean property with lovely staff. Plenty of tea/coffee and a takeaway breakfast option. Walk to Paddington Railway Station took around 15-20 minutes. Would stay again.

Just noise all night. From banging of doors, to other guests arguing in corridor. Room was adequate, but intermittent sleep from the constant noise.

Got rm6 which was just the room. Washroom was seperate and only a couple steps down from the room (private and unshared). Room could have been cleaner as it didn't seem vacuumed. Staff was friendly upon check in (check in is a few steps from 24, and was actually at #30). Had a coffee machine, towel and a cookie.

Ok but lack of ensuite was a shame
It was my error but i hadn't realised I'd booked a room with an ensuite. I did have a private bathroom with shower but it was down three flights of stairs. The room itself looked as though the furniture was quite new. Comfortable and clean. They're was however a really of putting smell of vinegar in the hallways which fortunately didn't continue into the room. Wouldn't stay again because of the bathroom situation but otherwise a pretty reasonable price for the location. The staff were also friendly at checkin and out.

A Hotel with a warm welcome
A received a warm welcome on checking in and was shown to my room. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable.
