This hotel is in an excellent location. Close to the British Museum & many other sites.It was clean and offered a good English breakfast. It’s a 3 star hotel so don’t expect a 5 star but it was a good stay & the staff were friendly and helpful.

Reasonably priced and included breakfast which was lovely. Staff were really nice and checking in and out was easy. Fine for a couple of nights and really convenient for the West End.

The day before we were arriving, the Morgan sent an email moving us to one of their “sister hotels” which was further away, shower had no hot water, and had no one at reception desk after 6pm. We were told to check in at the Morgan and then have to walk all the way to the other location. No apologies for the inconvenience. Very disappointing experience

Stayed for one night in a basement unit separated from the main units. Although the building is a bit dated, the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was included and was wonderful. The price was very reasonable by London standard. Will stay again.

Morgan Hotel was perfect for a one-night stay in London! The property is a bit outdated and there isn’t an elevator but this wasn’t an issue for us. The breakfast was lovely and all of the staff was very kind. Quick walk to the underground makes it easy to get around. Highly recommend for a cost effective, convenient stay!

Morgan Hotel is well positioned for walking to most theatres and close to the underground. The hotel could do with some TLC to say the very least. All staff were courteous with the exception of one guy at breakfast this morning. Having said that we would consider staying there again if in London theatre land.

This is a great place to stay for a short break in London. From check in to check out the staff were friendly and helpful. There are a lot of stairs, but I had my heavy case taken to my room then brought down when we checked out. And my bags were stored until later in the day, enabling me to see some more sights of London. And I must mention the wonderful breakfast, full English or continental. Delicious. From reception to housekeeper and waiting staff all friendly and helpul. Thank .you
