Victory house is very central to Leicester Square and is surrounded by cafes and restaurants, and close to Chinatown. Room was spacious, clean and big. Bed was clean and bathroom clean. Small window and didn’t open.

Although the property keeps you close to action, it is a little too close to city activity. Nearby Leicester Square can get noisy. The condition of the property is just OK. Our sink would not drain properly and was annoying to deal with. Room is a bit small for the price as well. On the plus side, you're right next to chinatown which has a lot of great places to eat and hang out.

The hotel is fine and well located … The problem is that they are trying to charge for things that are usually included !!! We arrived at 13h00, the receptionist told us the room was ready but checking was at 15h00…. They asked us to pay 50£ to access the room right away. Usually if the room is ready 1-2 hours before check in… good hotel don’t try to grab more money … Also, at check out, they wanted to charge us 10 £ per luggage to keep our luggage at the reception for few hours …. Just felt rubish…

If you want to be close to the popular areas like Soho, Chinatown, Oxford Street or near Harrods, this is perfect. It’s right on top of Leicester Square. However, the street noise from the performers were nonstop under my window so between that and the music from the nearby clubs it did not stop until 5 AM. I read something about this, but I am usually up late. I thought it wouldn’t be a big deal but it gave me a headache every day. Had lil interaction with the staff they were ok. Room was a good size. It was just the noise.
