The staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk staff, dining and housekeeping did an excellent job. They were always happy to answer any questions and assist with any needs. Excellent breakfast spread. I would highly recommend this location to others. The complimentary laundry and gym is an added plus.

Overall it was pretty good stay. Room was a bit small, also our room faced the the street which was a bit noisy with traffic. The breakfast was pretty good and give you a good start to the day. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Walking distance to London Tower train station. Free laundry machines.

The rooms were nice, if a bit small. Breakfast was excellent and staff was helpful. The complimentary laundry room with detergent was a life saver. I only wish the location had been more convenient to an underground station. Otherwise, a great stay!

Great hotel about 9-10 min walk to 2 tubes. Quiet neighborhood, so some may feel too dead, but very peaceful. Not in the heart of action. Room big, coffee machine 24/7, free laundry machines and mini gym , free plentiful breakfast, helpful staff. Room w kitchen fridge micro, coffee
