The staff was very friendly to kids which is always nice to see. They gave them gift bags and candy upon check in. We had a great view facing the London eye- which allows you to catch a lovely sunset. Unfortunately there were a small handful of areas of black mold in the in the shower and bathroom. Some of the towels had rips in them as well.

Our family of 4 stayed for 3 nights in a junior suite with a view of the Eye. We had a very nice stay. The breakfast area is huge with many great options. The hotel is clean, modern, nice, and convenient for waking and public trans. It was a little bit of a splurge but worth it.

Enjoyed our stay at the property. Easy to walk to the London Eye, Big Ben and Buckingham Palace. The tube station is right next to the hotel which we took from Heathrow airport, very cheap and convenient .
