The hotel was amazing!! Great friendly staff and very personable. The room was on the smaller side hence the 4 star rating. Inspite of carefully looking at room sizes I guess I wasn’t careful enough. However this is not the hotels fault. I would definitely stay there again!

We were moved to another hotel when we arrived without any notice. When we arrived at the second hotel we had to wait again for them to try and accommodate us. It ended up taking over 2 hours to get us a room (in a hotel that wasn’t even the hotel that we initially booked) The room that we were placed in was an ADA accessible room with 1 small window (I would describe it more as a sidelight)

If you like M C Escher this is your hotel. Striped carpets and mirrors and mini staircases were abundant. Restaurant was only open for breakfast and bar was not open while we were there. However the location was great, just minutes walk to tons of restaurants and Paddington station.

I booked via expedia and received all the confirmation my booking had been accepted and there was space, as well as paying for this before arriving. On arrival, I was told they didn't have this booking and no rooms available. My only option was to be in a basement, dark and dingy coffin like single room or cancel the booking. I had been travelling for work all day and by the time I got to the hotel it was midnight, meaning I had no option but to stay in the single room despite paying for double room. I have emailed and complained, but I am still yet to receive a reply.

The hotel rooms were small but clean and safe. The service was lovely. It is a short walk to the tube. It was a great stay for the price.
