What I like is that it is a clean place to stay with some amenities, and the location is fantastic. The underground is right across the street and the rail system is around the corner. You can get anywhere quickly from this location. I've stayed here twice already and would stay here again.

Great location but felt the evening club lounge cocktail and canopes were done on the cheap with average wines and Budweiser only. Have experienced club rooms in Singapore where things were much more lavish.

The check in was terrible. I was charged twice and when I complained it was ignored. At check out, the same I complained about the double charge and was made to wait. There was no solution before I had to leave to make my flight. Just overall awful experience, inside the hotel.
