The bathtub was very dangerous with no handhold devices. Very slippery with high sides. Difficult for older individuals. There was a shade on the front window that couldnt be raised and at night a constant outside light that kept the room too bright. A raisable shade with blockout curtains would have solved the problem. The room was very stuffy and no outside air.

window curtain was not black out, the light came from all over the sides of window, can't sleep well at all, too small, only one chair and lost at least three cloths after check out as we left the luggage there before our flight, this is the only time that we can figure out that we could lost our things.

Gorgeously updated townhouse, with modern appointments. Staff were super helpful and friendly and included breakfast had many delicious options. The location is excellent, just steps away from Victoria station, shopping, restaurants, and Hyde park! The perfect little get away in the city!

The room was ‘stripped back’ a little too much. We had to ask for shower gel etc and no tea and coffee facilities were in the room. However the worst thing was water dripping off the roof on to a glass outside the bedroom window. It dripped loudly all night. We had no sleep. The shower hose was broken and there was a light above the shower flickering when switched on. We did complain to the staff who apologised and said we’d get a refund/discount, however we’ve heard nothing since. The only positive was the cooked breakfast. However the very limited facility had space for only 14 people so we had to wait for 20 minutes to be seated. The room was not value for money, it was very overpriced for an extremely basic accommodation. We will never stay there again or recommend it to anyone!!!

The location is great. Staff is nice. The family room was small with bed against bathroom opening but was fine for what we needed. They had no towels the first night but staff did a great job of coming up with an alternative.

Rare to find an actual b&b these days. Lovely spot in Belgravia in an older Georgian property that has been renovated internally. Friendly staff. Easy walk to Victoria Station or to nearby buses.

Hotel staff was very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. The rooms were pretty basic which was fine. It would have been helpful to have a shelf in the shower for shampoo, etc. the bathroom should also have a towel rack. Breakfast was included with our stay and very nice. Our rooms had fans to provide air movement but it was still hot and stuffy in June. Overall I was satisfied with our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in London at the B+B Belgravia. It was close walks to restaurants, pubs and Buckingham Palace. Special thank you to receptionist who was there on our check in day and also the day we left. She was very helpful if we had questions. Also thank you to Mohammad who was also at the front desk. Thank you also to the servers in the breakfast area. Breakfasts was great.

I wouldn’t say all the property could do better, I can only speak for where we stayed. We were in room number 3. The stopper in the sink was closed and we couldn’t open it to drain the bathroom sink. I reported it to one of the staff and he came with a kitchen knife and pryed it open and then ask that we keep it open. They never did have anyone fix it for the 4 nights we were there. We had to run the water for 3-5 minutes before it was warm. Showering was sometimes a challenge as the water would jumped from hot to cold on occasion. They may want to consider having more towel hooks, to hang your towels. They had one on the back of the door. The bed was comfortable and linen was clean. Lots to of closet space. The hot breakfast was good and having access to the coffee machine 24/7 was a bonus.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the location was excellent and convenient, my experience was marred by the room's condition. Unfortunately, the room had a significant issue with bugs. Despite the hotel staff responding promptly and being exceptionally courteous and helpful, the bugs returned shortly after the initial treatment. This recurring problem greatly affected my overall stay. While the staff's performance was outstanding and the hotel’s amenities were fair, the persistent issue with bugs was a major downside. Due to this, I cannot give the hotel a high rating and would likely choose another place to stay if given the chance to re-book. The bug problem overshadowed the positive aspects of my stay, which is unfortunate given the hotel's otherwise good qualities.
