Top Leyland Hotel Reviews
Park House Hotel
"Good polnts We stayed half board, the food and restaurant staff, were very good. Housekeeping staff were also good. Bad points. Disabled people have to use the back side door, when we came back from a walk the door was locked, there was a note on the door saying the door will be locked from 3pm to 4pm because of a wedding ceremony, we arrived at the door at 4pm by chance, door still locked, I phoned reception, reception staff told me that the ceremony was running late, and told me they would open it in 5 minutes, 10 minutes later at 4.10 the door was still locked, so I phoned reception again, but they never answered the phone, so there we were outside, in the rain with my wife needing the toilet, waiting and waiting until 4.15 when another customer by chance, came out of the door, and we got in, how long we would of had to wait for someone to let us in god knows ! reception staff just didn't care or bother to let us in out of the rain, Disabled people are treated like 2nd class citizens by the reception staff."

Tbh considering the price I expected a lot worst, but was surprised by the great time spent there. Had a better experience here than The Dakota in Manchester."
