"This hands down beats any B&B experience I have had in Blackpool so far. We chose this because of it's location, wanting to be close to the Pleasure Beach. The house was very clean where it mattered (noticed muck higher up when I was putting black-out-blind suction pads on the windows) and the beds were comfortable. The shower in the 1st bedroom was lovely and hot and the kitchen had all the basics for our short stay. The lounge was comfortable and the TV gave us netflix though I'm not sure if...

"This was such a bad hotel I have 4 asd kids ages 16 -14 - 12 - 9 but me in wrong room costed a lot of money and ended up in 2 different rooms and the manners of the staff were very rude!! I will be speaking to Blackpool council about this never again will I stay at this hotel very dirty full of flys and not cleaned at all!! I am very upset!! Look at 2 pictures look totally different!! "

"Absolutely brilliant hotel. Very friendly staff, evening entertainment was brilliant, bingo at 8 then cabaret singer 9-11. My kids Loved it here. A view of the sea from our room and a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to sands castle water park which was fantastic. Would definitely recommend "
