"Very friend staff nice surroundings "

"This hotel is a great place to stay. The beds were really comfy,pillows were lovely and soft not like bricks under my head. The food was great in the restaurant plenty of choice, you can watch sports or sit in the garden. The bar has a wide range of drinks and snacks and a pool table. I found the room decor very tasteful however I did have an issue with the shower no fault of the hotel just a stupid design which a lot of the hotels have. My reason for staying was a post operative one as I live down south so stayed for 8 nights until my post op appointment. Knowing I wouldn’t be able to have a full blown shower or bath I needed the hose to reach down low for hair washes and washes. The hose had that silly restrictior thing on it so it wouldn’t budge. Rachael, Emma and Beth tried to remove it to no avail so they very kindly moved us to another room, I cannot express how grateful I am to you all. I also want to thank Donna behind the bar for her kindness , lovely lady. There is a nice big car park to this hotel "

"Stayed for work. facilities ok. Information said the gym opened at 5am so I set an alarm for a workout to find out the gym was shut. This should have been explained at check in. "

"Staff are nice and friendly. Room is bit tired though. Radiator makes hissing noise continuously and screeched couple of times and disturbed the sleep."

"Hotel was nice and clean. Staff excellent and good breakfast. Only issue was on floor 2, the showers had no water pressure at any tome of the day! We had a few rooms and all the same. Spoke to reception and just told they'd get someone to look into it. Was there for a few days and it never got any better, just a dribble."
