"When i arrived i was directed to a self service terminal where i was asked to insert all my personal details on a large screen visible to several people stood around me. I also had to use the terminal to check out and had to wait over 10 minutes because of the queue. Then it took over 5 minutes to process the check our. Just get a box on reception you can drop your key card in like other hotels do."
