"Lovely stay staff all helpful nice easy check in and out . Room a good size and was very quiet I wa son the front of the hotel but didn’t have any noise interruptions . Great central location . The guy on the bar was really helpful sorry didn’t get his name gave us some ideas for food in the city. Perfect stay thank you"

"I've stayed in maybe Holiday Inn Express but this doesn't rank very highly. My room air con was faulty, it was very hot. I should have asked for a room change but braved it through which was a mistake as I woke up at 2am due to the heat and lack of circulation and couldn't get back to sleep. Had a late check out but decided to check out early. Most of the staff were nice but one particular staff member was not great. So a mixed review."

"Absolutely without a doubt the worst hotel I’ve even been to in my life, tiny cramped box room without even a slit of a window felt more like a cupboard than a room, the room was also like a sauna absolutely boiling hot inside it was unbearable. After talking to staff about how hot it was even asking one of them to come with me to feel how unbearable it was in the room, the only thing I was offered was a fan, not a room swap or anything after desperately pleading with them to give me another room with ac or atleast a window. I was very polite the full time yet when asking the assistant manager simple questions about how to try and get a refund I was greeted with cheek and she even shouted at me at one point. Avoid this hotel like the plague I eventually had to leave in the middle of the night around 1am to find a new hotel and the difference in the new hotel was immense. Do not give this old, dated, run down “hotel” your money"

"Overall the staff at reception were so approachable helpful and pleasant it made the stay very comfortable. Breakfast was extensive choices. Spa was disappointing no appointments for spa treatments available and no jacuzzi! Would return."

"Fantastic stay at the Moxy! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and down to earth, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The bar had an amazing selection of drinks, and there were plenty of fun activities at the hotel. The hotel is quirky and full of character. We stayed in a family room with four adults and were impressed by how clean, spacious, and well-designed it was, with a divider that gave everyone a bit of privacy. Would definitely stay again!"
