"Good amenities and grounds. Hotel is really showing its age, especially the rooms. Mine was very dark with a tiny bathroom. Lots of little imperfections and stains on the carpet. Definitely not worth the money I paid, £115 + for the night, solo traveller."

"Location of property worked well for purpose. Staff were good. Rooms very warm, unlike the shower, stayed 3 nights, only on one occasion was the water hot, guessing the staff knew of this, when we mentioned at check out. Greene King pub next door, ok for a pint and pub food. Would recommend "Ye Olde Hob Inn" for a drink, great atmosphere and even better hosts."

"Very comfortable accommodation tho furniture old and tired. Really lovely having a suite with separate sitting room as I don’t always sleep well and didn’t disturb my husband during the night"
