Postives Very walkable into Albert Dock and the centre. Lovely reception and breakfast facilities. Staff were super friendly and the overall feel of the place was great. Parking nearby was easy too, if a little expensive for two nights (£13 per 24 hours). Negatives The room was smaller than we’d expected. We thought we’d booked a bigger room, with the four of us sharing but it was manageable. The quality of the air con was poor. Very stuffy. Lovely place overall, the breakfast was great excellent and we’d stay again for sure

Clean, efficient business style hotel. But like all these places they are designed for men, with towel rails high up and not much storage for clothes. But for a one night stay, you can’t go wrong.

I understand the hotel rooms around the city is in high demand during a match day in town (Liverpool FC), especially a European game to accommodate the away fans. Booked through Expedia for a Stand Room, Multiple beds, a day before the matchday. I was eventually assigned to an accessible room, which the bathroom floor was full of dirt marks and prints. Disappointed not having a standard shower or a bath tub for a tired day. Although the location is not close to the city center but was acceptable within few minutes drive or 30 minutes walk.

Room was clean and easy to access. There was a 24 hour concierge and so the check in was quite easy. The restaurant and bar at the hotel was excellent, both food and drinks were actually tasty! It’s also quite close to the city centre. Walkable distance. The gym at the property was small but had all the necessary equipment. So, no complaints. Definitely recommend it.
