I stayed for three nights it was excellent the room was clean and tidy the staff were very friendly I had breakfast this was very good and lots of choices I also had an evening meal this to was acceptable it was vey busy in the hotel the Car park was adequate however it was very dirty and full of debris and litter all in all my stay was a good experience

Good location with plenty of car parking, I feel that many folk book hotels like this looking for something wrong. The room was spacious and public spaces were well looked after. My only negative on the room was the bed was very uncomfortable with the mattress needing urgent replacement. All the staff were friendly and would definitely stay again.

Nice cheap hotel. Staff are lovely, friendly. Rooms are what they are considering the price, but nice views of the sea. Defo a “you get what you pay for” vibe. Tbh considering the price I expected a lot worst, but was surprised by the great time spent there. Had a better experience here than The Dakota in Manchester.

Parking is £7 for overnight guests staff was friendly room was nice but dated and spacious windows needed cleaning not very clear to see sea view room the cleaning in the room was missed behind headboard floor cereal crumbs were present cleaning team need to be more protective. Breakfast was nice and Hotel surrounding area, we're very nice and welcoming and bar area.

Overall everything was perfect . My full family and I loved it,like the staff,the room and the breakfast but the only thing was that you had to book the swimming pool and it wasn't just get in the pool.

One of the better hotels in Blackpool that's not run down, still a few tcl here and there otherwise great hotel and staff are friendly and helpful, should be a note on here regarding small payments for health facilities other fantastic, didn't try restaurant so don't know about that other great, would stay here again. Cheap parking as hotel does discount.

The room itself was alright. Plenty of room and beds clean enough. The bathroom however was missing a shower curtain so water went everywhere when using the shower. The corridor outside our room also had a funny smell. The rest of the hotel smelt fine. The hotel corridors are a bit dated and old-fashioned. My only interaction with staff was at check-in. It was the duty manager who checked us in and although helpful when giving me the room key he didn’t point me in the direction of where to go which I found a bit strange. Overall a pleasant stay and it served the purpose of an overnight stay for Blackpool.

The room was standard for a 3*, family room two twin beds, sofa bed and a pull out bed, adequate for one night for children. Cleanliness was ok. The pool requires booking and is chargeable, £2 per adult and £1 child, which is disappointing as should be free if staying at the hotel. Breakfast was good £10 adults and £5 children. Around a mile from the pier, walk or catch the tram. Co op right next door and for eating Gynn pub and restaurant is 5 mins walk.

The name Grand does not really match the actual hotel, bit dated, however our room was amazing and huge with a sea view so can’t complain! One of the drawers in the bedroom did have someone’s clothes left there and everywhere needed a good dust though … Reception and bar staff didn’t seem to like their jobs very much. Breakfast was nice however lack of tables meant it was tricky to find seats. For the price we paid it was fine, but probably won’t go back here in a hurry
