Had only booked for "Room only", but on returning in the evening, found it was the opening night for their new Buffet dining service and was invited to sample free of charge! Unfortunately having already eaten wasn't up for a full meal but from the small sample I had is highly recommended - wide variety for all tastes and excellent quality. Staff friendly, attentive and helpful throughout.

The welcome was great very friendly. Limited parking. The rooms were lovely very spacious had everything we needed. The shower was quite low pressure. And the noise from other guests arriving back at all hours meant broken sleep. We would definitely stay again as it was a great room and friendly service.

Nice hotel

Hotel is budget priced, but its not budget feel. Its well situated at starrgate end, so its quiet but just a short tram ride into heart of blackpool. Rooms are very spacious,lift to all floors,free parking in front and on street behind.

My stay was really good, efficient check in, room was very spacious, big tvs and wifi and a seaview room, shower was very hot although it took about 10mins to heat up, but then was hot and powerful. Beds were comfy and plenty of plug sockets.

Great Hotel

Great place to relax away from the centre and across from the beach, staff are nice and helpful, great location and I recommend going to the Arminian kebab shop and Dunes cafe for food and boss haircuts for a trim, there all a 5 minute walk away. Thanks for a pleasant stay πŸ‘

Very clean and tidy hotel with the room being just what you could want at the price. Clean bedding and towels, tidy room, ensuite and tea/coffee facilities. Its conveniently located 50 yards from the nearest tram stop which is a 15 minute ride to the Tower, or a 45 minute stroll along the promenade. All I would say is that the bed could do with an extra couple of pillows
