"The room had scuff marks and there were long black hairs in the bathroom. It was not clean. When I went to check in I was greeted very rudely by the staff. This was my first vacation in 25 years. Vacations are supposed to be relaxing but staying at Circus Circus was very stressfull. I am disabled. My back had been out for awhile and I was in a lot of pain. Even the nicer people of the staff refused to provide me a place to sit out of fear that they would get in trouble. Even they knew that I was in agony they refused to provide any accomodation at all. I was desparate to get out of pain so I went on ebay local to buy a wheelchair. I drove a ways and purchased one for $40.00. The footrest was broken so I drove to Ace Hardware to buy the materials and made a crude repair. I got back to the hotel and took the wheelchair out of my car and then I realized I made a critical mistake. The wheelchair didn't have any wheels to wheel myself. I was in such pain and desparate to get out that I overlooked an important detail. At times it was hard to get a disabled parking spot. Many of the restaraunts were closed. The worst employee was a cashier named Donn. He ws demeaning and condescending. When I mentioned that I was in a lot of pain he said to me "that's your problem". I tried to let him know in a matter of fact way that this isn't the way to treat hotel guests. He refused to give m my money. The only way I could it was through the cashier. I had to find someone else to get my money."
