The property was situated in a convenient area to all the shops etc, the rooms are modern for a building of that age and well maintained. The property itself is a gem and is being maintained to keep its heritage.

I've stayed here many times, always enjoy my stay as staff are very friendly and great service offered all the time. Looking forward to staying there again during my next visit!

Good property with excellent service

Very nice boutique heritage hotel. Gives you a feel for how Zamindars lived. The room and amenities were excellent. The staff were very attentive. We were impressed by Rhitayudh, Sunita, Yash, philettina in the spa and many others. We'll certainly visit again.

The property was excellent in terms of cleanliness, service, accessibility to various places in the city. In addition the buffet breakfast and lunch spreads were huge and delicious. It being the Durga Pooja festival period all the possible delicacies were available.

The staff were great. Helpful , patient , accommodating. This hotel is comfortable (not flashy) both restaurants served tasty food. . A great place to stay in Kolkata

Fantastic hotel! The service was outstanding especially the housekeeping service. Was great to have a lovely clean pool to swim in. Location is handy for all major sights. Walking distance to new market and Eden gardens.

Stayed there for couple of nights..good location, easy taxi, awesome room comfort. Breakfast is reasonable but can be better. Worth every rupee spent.

Excellent property

This is a very good local hotel - not a big international chain. That is reflected in the cost and the room is excellent value for money. It has a safe, fridge and additional freebies like biscuits. Food and drink are very reasonable and the breakfast is good.

Good hotel & best in kolkota and nearby shopping and our hotel food is very excellent.and in my next trip I will always stay in that kolkatas best hotel

We had a lovely stay, the staff was great. Only Minor downside is that the breakfast was pretty basic.

Spacious, very clean, well maintained frequently serviced rooms with modern good quality furnishings, and amenities including a/c, fridge, hot water. Breakfast is included, excellent variety. Very polite and helpful staff, nothing was a big ask. Only downside was the noise of traffic on Park Street which was really the sounds of Kolkata life.

Nice location. Nearest to Apollo hospital. Staff are accommodating. Biggest breakfast is nice.
