"The room was clean, warm and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Several members of staff remembered us from previous stays, which was lovely. I have mobility issues and use a wheelchair, all the staff were very helpful and made everything as easy as possible for me. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with lots of choice. "
