"There was a lot of activities at the property. Even if I didn't go outside, there was enough things to do at the hotel that we cut our plans short to make sure we were back at the hotel early. Property was well-kept and clean."

As soon as we arrived to the hotel from the shuttle bus, the staff sat us down in the lounge and we were able to get drinks ans snacks! Check in was quick. I stayed in the private onsen room and it was great, room was big and clean! "

"This hotel was WOW! We went to Japan and stayed at 4 different hotels and this one was my favorite one. Service was a 100000/10 food was great, views were unbelievable amazing. Keep in mind this hotel is located on a rural area so you are about 20 min away from the little town and everything closes at 8. Meaning you are unable to get into public transportation or taxi after that time. We had to walk 30 min to get back to the hotel. Nothing major, you really don’t hav to leave this hotel because it is stunning "
