"Staff were lovely, hotel was clean but in need of renovations and soundproofing. Room was super comfy but the noise from the elevator and corridors was very intrusive. Cafe bar expensive, £5.50 for a very weak small coffee even in London that’s a lot. Location was excellent though. In between two main tubes and downhill walk through Kensington Gardens to all the museums"

"The hotel is ideally located for ready access to Paddington station and within easy walking distance to Hyde park. The hotel is good for the price other than being a little dated and tired in places.Our room was compact but clean. The breakfast was adequate but not impressive some of the cooked food was cold and there was no choice of alternative milks. However the staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall all we stayed one night at this hotel which suited our needs perfectly."

"there was a gum stain on the ground of our room, our room was quite hot (the ac did not work), and the room had run out of soap before we got there. however the staff were incredibly kind, and the general vibe was good. thank you!"

"Pool is small but most welcome for unwinding after travel or to start the days off. Steam room and sauna enhance the experience. Unattended nature of pool not ideal for young or lone swimmers. Fitness suite is adequate for a simple workout and equipment modern and working well. Altogether a great asset to the hotel and one of the main reasons we booked."

"Excellent vacation for tourists, but I would recommend this if you need a quick stay or one or two nights. I was getting tired of the narrow hallways and musty rooms, but to be honest London in this neighborhood is just like that. But an excellent location if you’re trying to zip around the city quick. "

"GREAT PLACE TO STAY, WONDERFUL LOCATION WITH LOTS OF SHOPS, PUBS AND RESTAURANTS NEARBY AND PADDINGTON STATION LESS THAN A 5 MINUTE WALK .MUSEUMS AND OTHER ATTRACTIONS ARE ALSO NEARBY. THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND BREAKFAST IS FANTASTIC, HALI AND THE REST OF THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND CANT DO ENOUGH TO HELP, WILL CERTAINLY GO BACK NEXT TIME WE ARE IN LONDON ,HIGHLY RECOMMENDED"

"Convenient place to stay, Kensington Gardens across the road. 8 minute walk from Queensway tube station (Central Line) 12 minute walk from Paddington. Shops and cafes nearby. clean room good shower. No reception, but quick response to email/messaging services. Free luggage storage lockers are available. Note: not explained in booking - if booking through a third party, e.g. Expedia, door release code is not given until payment has gone through. This is normally on the morning of the booking rather than 24 hour before as shown."
