"Convenient place to stay, Kensington Gardens across the road. 8 minute walk from Queensway tube station (Central Line) 12 minute walk from Paddington. Shops and cafes nearby. clean room good shower. No reception, but quick response to email/messaging services. Free luggage storage lockers are available. "We were told that we had a deluxe room. I don't know what was deluxe about it. It was very small, but otherwise pretty standard. Although there was a safe in the wardrobe, laughably it was not bolted down. None of the sockets had USB for charging phones etc."
