"I contacted this property for a refund. I have not heard back. I have contacted Expedia about this and apparently their hands are tied. We never got to stay here due to flight delays. "

"Location was close to airport but farther away from downtown. Room was clean and comfortable. Carpets could stand to be updated or removed. Our bathroom shower door would not completely close so the water was everywhere on the floor. Parking was easy and plenty of room. Staff was excellent. "

"The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. She changed our rooms for us ( we wanted the top floor) and recommended restaurants and how to get there. "The resort is beautiful, well kept grounds. The pool areas are nice. It seems like you need to get to the pool early! Towels are out on chairs by 8:00 am and we could never get a chair at the main pool. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Would stay here again. "

"The hotel was noisy. There was a couple arguing loudly in the entryway. The hotel stunk of food cooking including our room which was on the second floor. The room was poorly lit and I saw bugs in the bathroom. There was no bottled water in the room. Based on other hotel stays, I expected this. It was disappointing and I would not stay there again. "
