Everything was amazing, very clean. The lady at front desk was very kind, she gave us a free upgrade to a king suite. Only problem with the room was the bathroom fan didn't work. Everything else with the room was clean. The breakfast was the best one ive stayed at !

Staff was very friendly, professional. The free breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. Room was clean and comfortable. No towels in the swim area- I guess their washer broke and they had to take the towels somewhere else to wash them. Understandable but I wish they let us know so we could bring our towels down from the room with us and use them more carefully. Also my room didn’t seem to get cool enough at night- I think there was a problem with the thermostat- but I didn’t realize it until the last night I was there and the temps got much warmer.
