"Fast check in and large rooms. But the room was smelling musty when we arrived. "

"Beautiful property in a great location for walking around Richmond! The only missing star is because the shower's maximum temperature was luke warm/cool. It had a pulsing stream of warm a couple pulses then cool a couple of pulses. But the bathroom floor is heated and that helped."

"Very near south terminal at Gatwick, as an elderly person travelling alone it was easy to find my way around & I felt safe. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice for veggies and vegans."

"Very affordable hotel to lodge in London, its quite close to the airport, staff are nice, considerate and welcoming. Beautiful place too."

"Stayed here twice over last two weeks, first room great, clean, nice shower, slept well. Second time unfortunately different part of the hotel, window overlooked the courtyard with all the vents coming on and off theough the night quite noisy so didnt sleep well, and shower/tap had problems so not much power/went everywhere and bad Internet signal. Should have asked to have been moved!"
