"Had an overnight layover and was pleasantly surprised with the crowne plaza. The hotel is a quick walk from terminal 3. Staff were friendly and helpful, the bar quite nice and the restaurant food was good and the service excellent. Hotel room spacious, modern, comfortable and clean. I do recommend and We will stay again when traveling through London !"
