The room was quiet but needs to be updated . The bedsheets were clean, the TV worked, the bathrooms were terribly small. The barn door to the bathroom did not work properly and it was right across from our bed. The front desk staff was helpful. The housekeeping service was okay. It took 30-45 mins for an iron and a bottle of water. The lobby was beautiful. If they renovated the rooms like the lobby, I would come back.

The safe was amazing! Very helpful! I loved how adorable my room was, and the breakfast was great. I would keep in mind that the check is super simple and check out as well. I def see myself coming back again !!!!

Great location near Heathrow. Walked there thru sky bridge. Excellent breakfast. Love the Elizabeth line from T4 to do shopping on Oxford Street. Room was basic but had all I needed. Friendly staff. Flew from T4 so highly recommend if you are too.

This was a great layover stay for us. Breakfast was overpriced but everything else was great. Very quiet. Bed was comfortable. You can get to it from any airport terminal. Take the free train to terminal 4 and look for the hotel sign. Then walk the corridor to get to it. You'll see other hotel signs ...
