"Aja is an exceptional hospitality worker who knows how to turn a bad guest experience around a complete 180. I was having a terrible migraine and wanted room service. I called service express and they informed me that the menus in my room were outdated and they would bring a new menu to my room. They never did. I called the front desk and nobody answered, which led to me and my terrible migraine ultimately having to go downstairs and essentially order room service. She was quick to assist and compensate for my discomfort. The properties are beautiful in the rooms are well-maintained."
