"The curtains in my room were too small for the window by about 12 inches letting light in at 04.30am, the sink was cracked in the bathroom, the tiles were cracked and dangerous (sharp bits) the carpet was filthy and communal areas filthy. I stop in hotels every week and never leave a review but this was terrible"

Unfortunately the guest WiFi was not working and we were not told . We were unable to contact family, complete important legal tasks , or watch the tv. The ‘ superior’ menu food was very disappointing "

"Room was ok Stairs case to room was a tight spiral staircase Food was great Noise from wedding part till gone 01:30 Appreciate they was celebrating but others was also staying there also Contacted reception told them sink was cracked and when used water leaked on the floor when my wife told them this was told yes that’s been reported before. Nice Quirky castle just a let down on stay due to state of bathroom needs a good clean and new toilet seat and new sink"
