"The hotel was in a great location.. close to dining, shopping, the Grand Place and many other attractions. It was also only a 4-5 minute walk to the Central Station, where many day tours started. The rooms are smallish but clean and comfortable. There was a small hanging space with hangers but there weren't any drawers so we had to use our suitcases (not a big deal) but they are working on adding more storage, we were told. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and accommodating when we wanted to switch to a larger room. There was free coffee and snacks in the lobby which was a nice touch. We were very happy with our choice and would highly recommend it. "

If you are looking for an accessible room, the deluxe room has an accessible bathroom. The breakfast offered such a huge choice of options suiting every taste and everything was delicious and fresh. The hotel and room were spotless and there were lovely touches such as the chocolate on the pillow each night. The most outstanding aspect of the hotel was deifinitely the friendly and professional staff team. "
