This is not a 5 star hotel. This hotel is a 3 star at best. 1. Climate control is for the whole building. They refused to turn on the heater we had to sleep in the cold. 2. Bathroom, and room carpet were stained and dirty 3. Breakfast was lacking not with the money 4. They make you buy a hair cap before using the pool. They sell the hair cap for 120 Liras. 5. Rooms are tiny. No place to move. This hotel should not be advertised as a 5 star.

Stayed there once before and the service was fantastic, as well as the food in the restaurant. On this trip, the house cleaners would leave my trash in the room after cleaning the room. In the restaurant one meal took 40 minutes to come when me and my business partner were the only ones in the restaurant, When it came it was not what I ordered and ice cold. Took another 20 minutes to get the replacement plate and still did not have the right side dishes. When I asked for the correct ones, I was told it would be an extra charge. To composite for this after I informed the front desk, they sent me a couple of cookies and some fruit (which was not fresh) to my room. Very disappointing this trip

Excellent service and location. good breakfas
Excellent hotel! Located 2 minutes walk from Taksim square, metro station and Istkalal street. Very good service. tasty and varied breakfast. There is a Turkish hamam in the hotel swimming pool. Amazing staff especially guzel who always made sure everything was fine. She sent a WhatsApp message before we arrived and was always available for everything.
