The location was perfect, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. What truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional service from Pablo. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His local tips and genuine hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. This hotel is the perfect place to stay in Brussels! The staff arr very friendly and it is walking distance to shops, restaurants, Le Grand Place and the Mannekin de Pis. I loved that we could connect You Tube and Neflix to he TV from our phones! Breakfast had enough options to start the day. A pleasant stay and I would love to stay here again if I return to Brussels.

Stayed in a family room and it worked out great. It’s a duplex so probably doesn’t work as well with smaller kids, but my teenage kids liked having their own space and bathroom. Hotel was clean and just a couple blocks from the Grand Place and a few blocks away from central station.

The staff was great. We had a little trouble trying to check in. We were a little early and since Expedia hasn't paid the hotel yet (even though we reserved months ago) we could get access via the website to our room. The gentleman at the front desk found a work around and we got into our room. For dinning we walked to the Kensington Metro station area. We found plenty of excellent choices for breakfast and dinner, even a great pub.
