This was a great place to stay. Staff were lovely and work very hard. The whole place was immaculate and housekeeping do an amazing job. If there is any room for improvement i would suggest a roof garden or pool along with information about the area would have been a great addition to the experience.

Superb service. Good location. Great local food nearby. Room is clean and quiet. But bed is slightly hard and there could be minor improvement by getting rid of the smell in toilet. Didn't bother me much though.

I'd certainly stay here again when in Hanoi. The hotel itself is clean, nicely furnished, quiet and with very friendly and helpful staff. The neighbourhood is fine, near lots of cafes on Viet Vuong, and good pho places up and down the street. The Old Town is a 20-30 minute walk, which suited me perfectly, as being right in the thick of the Old Town means too much noise, high costs and all that goes with it. Would highly recommend this place.

Speedy check in, overall a nice pleasant stay. A free upgrade, an extra hour over the normal check out time. A nice chicken dish for breakfast, too. Couple of points for improvement with regards to Room 506: the hob extractor fan and light don’t work, the bathroom extractor fan also seems to be defunct.

An impressive team. Comfortable stay From our first arrival we felt at home The apartment was a haven from the bustling streets spacious and well equipped. The manager and ALL her staff helped us feel wecolme and cared for. I cannot fault anything We will try to return. Hopefully travellers that follow will be respectful and nice so things do not become spoilt.

Hotel situated in a great location with coffee shops and convenience shops withing walking distance. Rooms are as described and staff are very helpful and accommodating.

I was very impressed with this hotel. Most business hotels tend to have staff who are indifferent to their guests. This was a real exception - everyone was friendly and helpful. A smile every time I entered the lobby, the elevator called down on my behalf, bookings and taxis no problem. Made me feel really homely and welcome after a hard slog all day

Highly recommend. New hotel with spacious rooms and large shower (and we only booked standard) and amazing value! The young gentleman who checked us in around 11pm was super helpful and offered to order us food from his phone as we were hungry after a long flight and all restaurants in the area were closed. Stayed here last week for 4 nights. Very well located for the 'Old Quarter'. Some excellent eateries within a few steps of the apartments. The rooms themselves were very clean, the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was just fine. Yes, it has a glass door, but there is also a blind. The staff were always smiley and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.
