"The resort itself is great! I loved our room - it was perfect - and every staff member that we encountered on the grounds were very pleasant and helpful. The shuttles left a lot to be desired as it became increasingly difficult to find shuttles going to river island and most shuttles told us that we had to wait for the next one meaning if sometimes took around 40-50 minutes to get on to a shuttle to go anywhere within the resort if you weren’t driving. This wouldn’t really be a deal breaker for me personally but was highly annoying. The dealbreaker for me was the absolute harassment that we endured from the staff threatening additional charges to our room and harassing us by phone several times over multiple days until we would agree to attend their timeshare presentation. Utterly ridiculous and wholly unprofessional. I would never stay here again because it was so uncomfortable dealing with these slimy sales tactics. So gross. Not everyone wants to buy a timeshare and this disgusting, predatory practice is chasing away customers but go off. Were it not for this harassment by the IHG staff, I would consider this resort for every single trip back to Disney going forward but because they think it is okay to treat paying customers like this, I’d always look elsewhere going forward. Hope it was worth it! :)"

"Room and facilities are clean , but the pool was really cold when we booked they said is heated, they do room service every-other day , the shuttle drop u off at 7:30 but you have to stay till 5:30 for them to pick u up , breakfast is zero food taste so disgusting, I dont recommend at all , pool side food and drink is zero compared to other regular hotel around the area , to me i wont come back for sure"

"There is nothing that really sets this hotel apart from the others that we've stayed at when visiting Florida. As a matter of fact we'd prefer to stay in one of those then this hotel again. The room itself was nice but, the resort fee should cover parking it does not. There are no hot tubs on the property and all the pools close early except for one. So if you want to relax after visiting theme parks all day, you cannot. "
