"The whole place smelled like smoke. Very dirty, there was dog kibble all over the floor in the hallways."

"Very nice room. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool."

"Overall, it was a good place to stay. Breakfast was decent. Room was large. Two problems: the lights and the theme park shuttle. The lights were all connected, so they all had to be on or off. We were given incorrect information on the shuttle and ended up at the wrong hotel. "

"We had a spacious King-size room that was clean and a very comfy bed. It looked like they were updating the room - there was a new vanity sink and mirror and nice new bed. But they forgot to put up a clothes rail and hooks, so there was no where to hang any clothes. The bathroom itself hadn't been updated yet but was clean. The one negative was the musty smell in the room, which was probably caused by the air conditioning unit which was also very noisy. It kept waking us up everytime it switched on during the night. The reception staff was very friendly and made a note of all our comments when we checked out."
