"My sister and I stayed here for 6 nights on a recent trip to Cape Town and generally enjoyed our stay. We arranged an airport pick up through the hotel and he was largely on time for our arrival. The price did change at the last minute though and when I asked why, multiple times, no one at the hotel would give me an answer. The room itself was good, very spacious. The shower was over a tub which was fine provided no mobility issues. Ours did leak a bit so we'd end up with some water pooling...

"Good hotel, good location. Breakfast is good although same everyday but it’s free and tasty. Room was big good bathroom. Only problem they didnt have towels the day we arrived and had to wait to next day. "

"The staff were the stars of this hotel, they were so friendly and helpful, nothing we asked was an effort. Service with a smile made us feel so welcome! Breakfast was amazing, best of the 6 hotels we stayed at on this trip which included Ritz-Carlton! Well done guys! "

"The family room was very big with 2 separate bedrooms- one bathroom por both room ( which needs a renovation asap). Except for the bathroom, we really enjoyed our stay! "
