Amazing hotel

LOVED Everything - Location (central & sea views), Staff, Service, Rooms (Spacious, Clean & didn’t have the humid/mouldy smell like other hotels in the city), Food (Restaurant & In Room Dining staff go out of their way to ensure your food experience is great!). Rooftop bar & lounge is a great option. Spa staff & Therapists were great & professional too - treatment was amazing. Will definitely be recommending & back if i can!🙏

Excellent hotel but not impressed that they charge for wifi and have a complex registration procedure requiring you to set a password just to access wifi !

Excellent hotel. Room clean & comfortable. Staff helpful & friendly. Fabulous breakfast. Nice bar for cocktails and bar snacks. Hotel in good position for sight seeing and walking along Marine Drive. Would throughly recommend.

Best place to stay in Mumbai

Fantastic hotel, the staff tries to do everything to make the guest feel comfortable. Could provide transportation to and from the airport, without being an additional cost.

Best accommodation At the entrance the manager i guess who is handeling front desk booking counter “Shree Mhatre” fantastic guy very polite nd corporative as well..

We stay here every time we come back to Mumbai and this year we noticed the service has been restored to what it was a few years ago (our last visit was not up to it's usual standard). This year I celebrated my birthday here and the hotel organised a birthday cake for me which was such a lovely touch. Thank you once again for setting our holiday on the right track.

Liked: Cleanness, Staff friendliness, breakfast presentation Didn't like: Wi-Fi was down for almost all day, cookies that should have been in my room every day showed a day before my checkout. Smell within the corridor at my floor.

Great service, all the staff went the extra mile..

staff very friendly, room spotless and very comfortable the restraunt was excellent. the only thing that annoyed us was we had been advised to only use the black and yellow taxi cabs as they had meters in them. the doorman called us a cab from the front of the hotel, the driver at first was most helpful so much so that we booked him to take us to our coach when we left Mumbai, for some reason he then said he was unable to personally take us but would send a friend to pick us up, the friend...

Excellent hotel minutes from the airport. Facilities are good and dining options are excellent especially the Jamavar restaurant which is top rated.

Beautiful property with lovely staff, service was excellent and the room was perfectly finished. Would definitely recommend for those visiting bandra!

Nice modern 5 star business hotel, good for a break from the city but not close to old Mumbai and the sites

The reception and dining area are exceptionally good. The breakfast was first class. Compliments to the chef. The rooms are a good average - clean and tidy. Location central to key attractions. Ticks plenty of boxes.
