"Always great to come back to the Lotte NY Palace for our annual Veterans Day weekend trip. We’ve stayed here for the last four years and will continue. The hotel is in a great location. The double beds seem larger than normal and are comfortable and the rooms are large. The service is always outstanding. A little disappointed that Troubles Trust was closed but was happy walking up to Rarities. See you next year!"

"My daughters and I were very happy with the room. We were really happy that we were able to check in early so we could freshen up before going to our first Broadway show at 2. The staff was very pleasant and even when busy with the chaos of checkout-they were attentive to everyone. "

The location is great, right in the heart of the city, close to Times Square, Central Park, and many other attractions. Plus, there’s a train station that takes you directly from the airports right to the hotel, which made my arrival and departure convenient. Highly recommend!"

"Hotel was super close to Times Square. Lobby was quite the vibe. Construction on 46th st was brutal for first night stay, but hotel staff were super accommodating and switched our room to one that was super quiet. Great location. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. "
