"Good price and convenient"

"The hotel staff was friendly, and the breakfast options were exceptional. But I left very frustrated overall and it was not worth the cost. The parking garage wasn’t working when we arrived, which incurred extra fees. The elevators were painfully slow, often leading to 10 minute waits. The room itself was very tiny, making it difficult to manage with 2 adults and 2 young children. Our window was closed off due to construction equipment blocking any view. Then were the neighbours. Due to the poor sealing around the main door, you could hear everyone and everything in the hall; from screaming kids to the party groups. Overall, a very suboptimal stay."

"The staff was wonderful. The room was a little small and could use better lighting and storage for clothing. Over all it has what you need and was clean. "

"The property is in such a poor condition and in dire need of renovations. Too outdated to be charging the prices being charged. And, everything cost extra."

"There should be bars or rails in the shower for safety. The kitchen amenities need refreshing. Not enough cutlery etc, and very poor quality. The living room area could use some colour - it is very sterile in appearance. "

"Coldest room we've ever stayed in! Did receive extra blankets and then a portable heater but even with the thermostat set to 30C cold wind blew in from a loose door adjacent to an old balcony.Bathroom facilities were quite old and the hairdryer failed on our last morning. Breakfast was OK and most of the staff apologetic but we will never stay in the Chelsea Hotel again!"

"The location was convenient to many restaurants and bars and subway access. We loved the suite room because it didn’t disturb late night activity goings and comings."
