brilliant staff.. Brilliant location... Clean hotel... And pretty good breakfast... Loved my stay there.. The hotel was close to jbims and they allowed me an early check-in since i reached earlier... I would strongly recommend this hotel...

Excellent hotel but not impressed that they charge for wifi and have a complex registration procedure requiring you to set a password just to access wifi !

Best place to stay in Mumbai

Very nice property.

Liked: Cleanness, Staff friendliness, breakfast presentation Didn't like: Wi-Fi was down for almost all day, cookies that should have been in my room every day showed a day before my checkout. Smell within the corridor at my floor.

Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable. The location is excellent and convenient for local sightseeing and shopping. The check in/out process was smooth and efficient. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. It was my wife's birthday and the team helped to make our stay in Mumbai memorable. They upgraded our room, decorared it and even provided a cake! I booked this hotel for a couple of days to spend with my parents in Mumbai. The staff were so lovely leaving us with such good memories of our few days in Mumbai. They were super helpful, very polite and dealt with any queries as soon as possible. They also made a cake and decorated the room with balloons for my mother’s birthday when I asked them for just a little something. They made a whole cake! Nice little hotel in am ideal location for those willing to explore Colaba and SoBo. Rooms are well done and staff is courteous

Great hotel and well trained staff.

We stayed for three days in January. The hotel staff were all excellent and helpful, especially Nayim. We felt safe and easily walkable to all the main attractions in Colaba . Wonderfully quiet away from Mumbai's hustle and bustle but shops, and restaurants nearby.

Amazing hotel

LOVED Everything - Location (central & sea views), Staff, Service, Rooms (Spacious, Clean & didn’t have the humid/mouldy smell like other hotels in the city), Food (Restaurant & In Room Dining staff go out of their way to ensure your food experience is great!). Rooftop bar & lounge is a great option. Spa staff & Therapists were great & professional too - treatment was amazing. Will definitely be recommending & back if i can!🙏

Fantastic location. Great customer care from the bellboy to front desk to room service to the managers to the bar. There is a very clear ethos in this hotel and this kind of attention and care is what hospitality is all about. The room was perfect and an ode to old Bombay. I cannot recommend this little gem enough.

Excellent hotel minutes from the airport. Facilities are good and dining options are excellent especially the Jamavar restaurant which is top rated.
