Centrally located - a great place to visit Fort area of Mumbai. The breakfast is also quite good.

Great location friendly staff and clean rooms

Excellent location, you really are in the perfect location for sight seeing and getting around. If you are looking for something upmarket rather look at the trident or a hotel on Marine drive. You are slightly less central but it is more of a westernised area. If you like walking out of your hotel and being walking distance to great local restaurants and markets this is the hotel for you. It's clean and the staff are friendly. You can ask the front desk for a sim card or laundry. Everything is done same day. I would recommend taking a city tour with an external provider.

The room was beautiful and the hotel is in a great location. The breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel--lots of delicious options! Staff were very friendly and made us feel special.

Hotel is located in an area of town where walking to shops, tourist areas like the Taj, Gateway and bazaar shops are located nearby. Service staff is friendly, kind, accommodating and very helpful. Breakfast buffet is decent with juices and coffee. Don't expect views of Mumbai outside your window! Rooms are small and bathroom shower stall is very small maybe 4x4 square feet with the toilet in same area. Hotel has their own drivers to take you a around town. Overall I'd say 3 Star American standard
