"Room was clean but had a very strong smell like perfume. Had to keep the window open and it was still too strong. Toilet handle didn’t work properly. Sink stopper didn’t work properly"

"We went to Abbotsford to attend an AHL hockey game. Hotel is close to Roger’s Forum and easy to get to. "

"The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating. I would suggest that they maybe take the time to educate people when they check in on things like pool time and towels, and wifi info. The hotel is definitely showing it’s age. While the room worked for our needs and the frequently used things (like linens) were clean, the whole room needs a good cleaning. There was grime build up in some spots in the bathroom, and dust build up in many places. Lots of small water damage spots all over the bathroom and around the windows. The room we had came with a small kitchen, and there was 4 of each cup, but only 3 plates and bowls. We were also on the side that faced the freeway, and there was a lot of traffic noise. The rooms seemed soundproofed from each other though. The pool area really needed some care. "

"If I could give more than five stars, I would. The staff were fantastic, the property was beautiful, and everything about the stay was wonderful. We stayed for the weekend and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. Was a very pleasant stay !"

"Hotel does not have elevators. This did not affect me but will people who have wheel chairs or heavy suitcases. Hotel floor was loud. Did not get any sleep during my six day stay. So loud. It’s not worth staying here, especially paying $128 per day. I recommend going somewhere else. Foyer smells. The front entrance at check in smells very very bad. Amenities and room cleanliness is good. Staff is good. Beds comfortable. Parking is good. Included. But you can hear everything through the room. Breakfast not included. There’s a Chinese restaurant next door. This place was good five years ago but not good anymore. I don’t recommend this place. "
