"Bright,clean, modern airport hotel with free shuttle and cheerful staff. I found it helpful that I could extend my check out time by several hours for a reasonable price. This is a great hotel feature as my 16hr flight to Australia departs 10:50 pm . Most hotels have a 11am check out. "

"Really just your average hotel. Room had some issues that were missed by cleaning staff prior to our check in. Front counter staff was engaged to remedy the few problems. We did not have the complimentary breakfast but the room it was set up in appeared bright and comfortable. Construction appeared to be happening next door albeit it did not affect our stay. Nothing around except a Tim Hortons next door"

"The room was clean and roomy. Having the sky train right there makes it easy to get into downtown Vancouver. The pool is fantastic, albeit pretty busy. I would recommend this stay to others."

"Terrible location (very sketchy- there are homeless drug addicts literally outside your door and parking is in an even sketchier location away from the hotel and you see shattered glass needles everywhere it’s a risk to get in and out), the staff did fraudulent transactions which we had no control over(changed the cost to match some fine brand hotel chains and on top changed room and charged yet additional fees) we filtered the location by breakfast but they had no service and no other in the nearby area that was safe for service - we had to drive 30min each time to get there. I blame Expedia for providing fraudulent information about the hotel. Stay safe and stay away from this place."

"Excellent location near Canada Place with a good variety of restaurants nearby. The hotel is a bit old, but still in good condition. We're happy that it had a pretty big gym and an indoor pool and hot tub. We really wanted to try the restaurant and bar downstairs but didn't have the time. But it had a terrace with a nice view of the mountains. The rooms were a good size for the price. The only things I'll nitpick are that they had paper cups instead of proper glasses and mugs in the room, and the carpets made the interiors feel old. Overall, it was a good stay and would definitely consider coming back."
