Everything about the hotel is great. The only thing I would say is be aware of the location. It's a 20 minute walk to the Dubai Mall which is fine if you are in good health and mobile. And if you want to use the metro system it's probably 45-60 minute walk to that. Dubai is very spread out so if you want to see The Palms, The Marina it's a 45-60 minute taxi ride. The free bus service offered by the hotel is great but only runs twice a day. Other than that the hotel is top notch.

I loved the cleanliness and attention to details in the hotel and rooms. The breakfast team was amazing and always catered to my Vegan diet but unfortunately, out of breakfast I couldn’t enjoy the other restaurants in the hotel because of the lack of Vegan options. The hotel itself and its facilities are beyond incredible in my opinion, just have more dietary options available for those of us who are Vegan!

Amazing hotel. 10/10 stay. I have stayed in many 5* hotels but this is the best. The attention to detail and the service they provided throughout the stay was amazing. Every staff member is tought about etiquette and it was clearly evident to see that throughout the stay. Also the little details and the effort they put it in to ensure our stay was a comfortable and enjoyable one was amazing. Hopefully be returning again in the future.
