Spent 6 days here very relaxing. Staff are all so pleasant and helpful. Sea was a bit rough during our stay but the pool is loverly. Hotel shuttle into town goes 3 times a day if you fancy a change of restaurant or to do some sightseeing. No shuttle back in evening though. Be warned trying to cross a road in town is dangerous due to volumn of scooters, they won't stop.

This is the real deal. Luxurious optimal service. They even played with my son and were attentive and kind with all of our needs

A lovely Hotel -- well worth it's 5 star rating . Right on the beach and excellent standards with very attentive staff. The price one pays for this Hotel ,however, should mean that Breakfast should be included in the price--- it is an insult to have to pay extra ( at $20 per person).Local diners got our custom.

An truly amazing experience. Each and every single member of staff were fantastic who provided a quality service. Ambience is spot on.We had villa with a pool and it was absolute perfection. In terms of any negative points I would say that children should not be allowed in the adult swimming pool given they have one dedicated to them.Secondly,there is no room service after 9.pm and there are no bar facilities after 10pm.In keeping with other hotels of a similar standard the should be a bar...

Lovely hotel although not fully open when we stayed. Quite a distance from the nearest town which might be an issue if staying for ant length of time

This is a great little find on a quiet stretch tourist wise of a nice big beach. All staff friendly & helpful. Family run with the personal touch. Friendlyness extends to the local villagers. Sea depth safe for families. The full board set up represents great value. Our room, a little on the small side but clean & everything worked with ours really close to the beach

I loved my stay at Cassia Cottage. They upgraded me upon my arrival which was a very kind gesture. It is as good as the pictures suggest. Staff were very helpful, the accommodation and facilities were clean and to a high standard. I wanted to unwind and relax during my time on Phu Quoc. Cassia Cottage was the perfect place to do this. If I ever return to Phu Quoc, this is where I'll stay.

The resort was in a great location between Da Nang City and Hoi An and super easy to get taxis between. We enjoyed breakfast in the hotel, which has lots and lots of choice, and also food and drinks at the pool bar on a few occasions - the pool has an amazing view over the ocean. Due to an issue with a damage passport, we were meant to be travelling to Indonesia, but unfortunately immigration would not let us leave Vietnam. We quickly had to come up with a Plan B and we chose to fly internally to the island of Phu Quoc. Quickly did some research and found Mangobay. This resort has the barefoot elegance feel. It blends nicely into it's surroundings. It is situated on a quieter beach away from the main beach. But that's only a 15 min taxi ride away and easily accessible. Close by are a couple of nice restaurants and resorts so it's not too isolated. The hotel keep the grounds immaculate and the rooms are really comfortable. The restaurant is in a lovely setting, breakfasts are good, but the menu is a bit boring for lunch and dinner.

Stayed in what was advertised as a 2 bed villa but actually had 4 bedrooms so loads of space for the family to spread out! Villa was really spacious. Team of cleaners each day. Golf buggies available on demand to drive you the short distance to the resort. The restaurants were good with varied menus and excellent service.
